Today saw the release of a new style of lingerie shopping and the first thing I had to do was check it. I came across a press release about Seeab who had launched lingerie shopping live. My first concern was that live models were going to end up getting hassled by men demanding that they show the lingerie off in any way they desire.

Upon arriving at the website of Sheeab, I discovered the term was a little bit misleading as it was not live lingerie models displaying the purchases. Instead it is a 12 second pre-recorded video displaying the lingerie item from all angles. To be honest I was a little bit surprised as the 12 second pre recorded video provides less information than the Zoom factor on the picture. I ended up playing one video three times to comprehend what was being said.

Gail and Gabreille Friedland are the owners behind this new style of lingerie shopping and their inspiration was Las Vegas. They wanted to add the personal touch and a bit of fun into lingerie shopping. They claim the videos give more of a visual idea of how the lingerie will look but to honest I was no the wiser. Well done girls for trying to move shopping in a new direction however I would of liked to see longer and more informative videos.

Sexy lingerie has turned out to be Caprice’s lifeline. Not only did she make thousands of dollars from modelling it, she also has her own empire of sexy lingerie with a turn over of around 4 million dollars. Upon hearing this news I immediately hurried off to find her website and I have to say I am very impressed. Not only has she designed sexy lingerie in an elegant style but the prices are affordable as well. Her collection of sexy lingerie is a pleasant mixture of black, purples, and light blues. She has also incorporated lace and see through into her designs but in a sophisticated style. I have to take my hat off to Caprice, well done girl.

At the 2007 L’Oreal fashion week show, the lingerie models strutted their stuff across the runway and made designer lingerie look better than ever. But hey, do not get discouraged seeing these lingerie models and their stick thin, hard bodies. You too can look just as smokin hot in some fancy, sexy lingerie. You just have to have the right attitude to wear it!

What do we mean by that? Well, just what we said, anybody can look good and even great, as great as lingerie models, just by having the right attitude. When you put some lingerie on, you feel sexy and that in turn makes you sexy!

Print Ad Lingerie Models – Real Or Fake?

If you are a lingerie model hitting the runway then you have to be in shape. No celullite showing, no bumps and lumps where there shouldn’t be any and of course not an ounce of fat. And too thin, that is another topic altogether, we know the controversy on that subject.

But does size even matter at all for print ad models? I mean is there even a photo of a model or celebrity that is not photo shopped within an inch of being real anymore? You can easily shave 10, 20 or 30 pounds off a person, take away a blemish or spotty patch of skin, make their legs longer, butt firmer, lips fuller, breasts smaller, hair more blonde, cheeks more pink and posture straight.

What we are seeing in magazines is very seldom very real at all. Why bother hiring a model at all when you can just create the image you want right from the computer? Lingerie models in print is just a created image.

Victoria Secret Super Bowl Party Filled With Lingerie Models

On February 3, in Scottsdale, AZ Victoria Secret threw it’s first ever party with plenty of sexy lingerie models. It was a big bash with plenty of models and celebrities that filled the event such as Ryan Seacrest, Adam Sandler and Kathryn Heigl.

It was an invite only for the Super Bowl 42 soriee as more stars showed up for this event than any other over the weekend in AZ. Clips of the Victoria Secret Fashion Show played on large flat screen TV’s at the Taste Ultra Lounge Club. The party was hosted by lingerie models Selita Ebanks, Adriana Lima and Karolina Kurkova.

During the Super Bowl Victoria Secret bought a spot to showcase its lingerie, which they hope will be a big seller come Valentine’s Day.
