Everyone hates panty lines and will agree nothing is more unattractive than seeing those obtrusive lines in the front or the back when you want to wear something sheek and sleek. Yes, it is possible with some medical grade adhesive tape that sticks to your skin (better shave girls), where you will have nothing there but a fabric liner. Maybe this new idea on skimpy lingerie will hit it big with that young celebrity crowd who seem to want to flash their privates every time they exit a car.
